REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Blue Prism RPA (design, development, deployment, and support).
  • Strong knowledge of RPA lifecycle, including process assessment, PDD/SDD creation, testing, and deployment.
  • Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
  • Experience in identifying automation opportunities and process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Blue Prism Developer / Professional certification.
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blue Prism Developer who will play a key role in analyzing, understanding, and documenting existing automated and manual processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Blue Prism RPA development, coupled with the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and enhance process automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Analysis & Documentation
  • Deep dive into existing automated and manual processes to understand workflows, dependencies, and business rules.
  • Prepare detailed Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and other technical documentation.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in current automation implementations.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with business users, process SMEs, and architects to gather requirements and validate documented processes.
  • Provide guidance to developers and support teams.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and handover documentation for support transition.
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure automations are compliant with security, audit, and governance standards.
