• Build and expand APIs and services focused on elevating payment and checkout experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payment solutions and implement new functionalities
• Provide on-call support for two weeks every other month to uphold platform reliability
• Optimize service scaling and performance to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance system capabilities and performance
• Guide and mentor junior engineers toward best practices in Ruby and software development
