Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for passionate and highly skilled Senior Safety professionals to become a valued part of our dynamic Corporate Safety team! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working from our vibrant Osborne Park Head Office on a Monday–Friday roster.
As a Senior Safety Advisor, your role will be to lead and support the effective implementation of the company’s Corporate Safety management systems & strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and fostering a culture of safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide expert support for regulator queries, inspections, and investigations, representing the business professionally.
  • Advise leaders and safety teams on WHS matters as a subject matter expert.
  • Oversee safety governance to ensure initiatives align with long-term safety goals.
  • Monitor and track legislative and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
  • Promote and embed safety initiatives across all levels of the business.
  • Analyse safety performance data to guide decision-making and improve governance.
  • Lead risk reduction and improvement projects that support annual and five-year safety strategies.
  • Maintain and improve safety policies, procedures, and documentation to meet standards and legal requirements.
  • Partner with leaders, safety teams, contractors, and industry networks to share and embed best practice safety programs.
  • Work closely with teams such as Occupational Health, Operational Safety, and People & Training to integrate safety into daily operations.
