Zenviron is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Safety Advisor to support the delivery of a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in the Newcastle Region.
This site-based role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Australia’s renewable energy transition within a high-performing and inclusive team.

• Provide safety leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical standards.
• Support Principal Contractor obligations and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain high-quality safety documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with client and subcontractor HSE teams to deliver effective outcomes.
• Contribute to behavioural safety and culture enhancement initiatives.
