Description

EBC thinks outside the box and deploys all its know-how to carry out major infrastructure projects: bridges, roads, highways, tunnels, marine installations, and more. Our ability to meet deadlines and budgets—combined with our vast expertise—has allowed us to play a key role in large-scale Canadian projects such as the NRC facilities renewal in Ottawa, the Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM) in Montreal, and the Stanley Park water supply in Vancouver.
Our seasoned team of engineers, project managers, and specialists also deliver construction expertise for wind farms and hydroelectric projects, including dams, power stations, tunnels, large-scale institutional and commercial buildings. EBC is recognized as a leader in this field, with a reputation built on a wide range of specialized services across Canada.
EBC is seeking a Senior Safety Coordinator to support operations in Toronto. This role is responsible for monitoring and supporting Health & Safety compliance across assigned construction projects. You will oversee safety-related planning, inspections, audits, incident prevention and training support. You will also guide management and site supervisors in the application of safety standards and corrective measures.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong document management and computer literacy skills
  • Solid knowledge of OH&S Acts and Regulations with ability to explain rationale behind policies
  • Certifications: NCSO
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French bilingualism is an asset)
