Senior Sailpoint consultant Important Information Location: Singapore Job mode: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint Identity and Access Management, technical architecture, and project management. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IAM solutions for clients - Develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps to deliver business benefits - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement - Design and implement technical solutions using IAM and access governance software - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects - Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM projects - Manage IAM operations and implement IAM solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Requirements: - 5-8 years of experience in SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) - 5-8 years of experience in developing, implementing, or architecting information systems - Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies - Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as automation platforms and data analytics - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) - Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, Scrum) - Technical architecture experience, including integrating identity management and access governance software into client infrastructures and applications - Experience with tools such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk, and OutSystems - Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow and Jira - Understanding and familiarity with Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux) - Programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Python - Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as: - EC2 - RDS - S3 - Route 53 - SES - VPC - Security Hub - WAF - AWS ALB or NLB - Secrets Manager - CloudWatch - Lambda - AWS Glue Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related field Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
