We are a collaborative and professional team dedicated to helping clients meet compliance and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of an Advanced Diploma in a technical field (e.g. Engineering or a related discipline) is required.
  • At least 3 years of technical sales/ account management experience, preferably in industrial safety (life and fire safety) and/or fire protection (products, systems, or services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Mandarin proficiency preferred for customer/ partner interactions.
  • Preferably holds a valid Class 3/3A license and has access to a personal vehicle.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industry sectors.
  • Build and execute business development plans aligned to growth targets.
  • Build, grow, and manage long-term client relationships; act as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations to showcase capabilities and quality.
  • Manage follow-ups and client communications to ensure consistent, proactive service.
  • Develop tailored proposals and scopes of work (e.g., maintenance, technical support, compliance audits, foam transition studies); coordinate internal inputs.
  • Manage the entire proposal and tender process, including pricing and contract negotiations, in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure proposals meet profitability, competitiveness, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with project/delivery teams to ensure successful execution and capture client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain timely prospect follow-ups to advance opportunities and build pipeline velocity.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs (pipeline health, win rate, revenue growth, market expansion).
  • Prepare regular activity and performance reports for management stakeholders.
