WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous success in a SaaS sales role; selling to a range of organisation
  • Experience within payments, fintech or similar would be well reguarded
  • Alternatively - we’d also consider people within not for profit, charity partnerships or fundraising role
  • Background of building relationships with your prospects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing projects with a consultative approach, with a proven track record of goal attainment
  • Discipline to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the sector we serve

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive to join Blackbaud Pacific to help a range of organisations understand and address their fundraising challenges. This role will work alongside small to large organisations to position software, payment solutions and professional services as a best of breed high-end enterprise solutions.
Our group is collaborative and tight-knit; we work to a hybrid model by balancing time between a group of customer accounts and bringing on new customers. We maintain a consultative sales style and see success from cultivation of strong customer relationships, so this role would be well suited to an experienced SaaS salesperson, or Social Impact professional looking to join a vendor for the sector.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with key non-profit organisations across Asia Pacific
  • Discover and understand their fundraising and technology challenges
  • Articulate effective solutions which deliver ROI and growth for your customers
  • Formulate strategies across our portfolio of Fundraising CRM’s, Services and Payment Solutions
  • Manage your book of business by maintaining customer relationships, building a pipeline of opportunities
  • Partner with our internal teams to create a holistic strategy
