As a Senior Sales Account Manager - Display Advertising, your key focus is to map and unlock spenders in the market from all industries, whether directly or via agencies, and offer solutions that match the client’s objectives. You will be required to come in and deliver growth to our expanding client advertising business across dubizzle Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities in the market by creating and targeting a list of key potential clients who would be relevant advertisers for dubizzle High levels of sales activity to build a strong pipeline and portfolio of clients across all stages of the sales cycle (source, pitch, negotiate, convert, onboard and rebook). Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on dubizzle advertising products and market trends, becoming a market expert in your field. Create well-structured, comprehensive media plans/proposal slides that fit the client’s needs and consistently deliver for your advertisers. Actively manage each campaign to improve performance where possible. Analyse performance, guiding the client on the next steps. Provide solid weekly/monthly revenue forecasts to management that are accurate. Qualifications: Marketing or Advertising, higher qualifications preferred Experience: 5 - 7 years of sales experience, a digital media background is preferred Knowledge: Sales Knowledge/ Digital advertising knowledge (preferred) PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel sheets required. Experience with Salesforce / Google Ads Manager is a plus. Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills Excellent Interpersonal skills Traits: Driven individual who will go above and beyond. A high level of sales activity is expected, so a high work rate is needed. Creative thinker - ensure you track down advertisers suitable for our platforms whilst providing bespoke solutions from our wide range of advertising products. Dedication will be needed when winning new business, whilst attention to detail is critical for account management as you grow these into repeat clients and build your portfolio of advertising clients.
