We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the areas of Cybersecurity, Smart Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Data Centers, App Modernization, Digital Transformation, and Omnix Engineering Solutions & Services. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, vendor relationships and coordinating with the Sales and Technical Delivery Team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and ensure the successful implementation of our solutions to ensure that expected Customer Deliverables are met on time. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, should be in the technology industry, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the areas of Cybersecurity, Smart Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Data Centers, App Modernization, Digital Transformation, and Omnix Engineering Solutions & Services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on industry best practices and Solutions
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive individual and team success.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to tailor solutions to client requirements in the areas of data analytics, robotics, digital automation, and customer experience management.

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation) are a plus

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 8-12 years of proven sales experience within IT Solutions, Digital Transformation, Managed Services, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a solid track record in B2B sales.
  • Strong account management skills, including relationship building and strategic sales planning.
  • Experience in working with resellers and distributors to drive channel sales.
  • Strong understanding of the IT solutions landscape, including Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Data Centers, and Digital Transformation, Engineering Solutions & Services.
  • Ability to articulate and simplify technical offerings to clients and partners effectively.
  • Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to drive profitable deals.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented individuals with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
