Description:
Job Overview:
Our client in Security Systems , Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and develop strong client relationships in the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) security systems, access control, surveillance, and smart building technology sectors. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in ELV Sales with deep expertise in security solutions, access control, CCTV, and building automation. The candidate must be currently residing in Dubai and have extensive experience in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with key enterprise clients, government entities, and private sector companies.
- Drive sales for ELV solutions including CCTV surveillance, access control systems, intrusion detection, Gating systems, and smart building solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client security and ELV infrastructure requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, and distributors to enhance solution offerings.
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regular reporting.
- Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure accurate solution alignment with client requirements.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in ELV and security solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in ELF Sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the UAE (Dubai) market.
- Extensive knowledge in CCTV surveillance, access control, perimeter security, Gating systems, and integrated security solutions.
- Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers in enterprises, government sectors, and large corporate accounts in the UAE.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience in C-level engagement and enterprise sales.
- Strong technical understanding of ELV systems, security infrastructure, and building automation.
- Experience working with regional distributors, system integrators, and OEMs.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree/MBA is a plus.
- Certifications in ELV, Security, or Access Control Solutions (e.g., Lenel, Honeywell, Genetec, Milestone, Axis, Bosch, etc.) are advantageous.
