We’re growing – and now we’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated, strategically-minded Senior Account Manager to join our commercial team. You’ll lead a small team, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue by crafting exciting opportunities across our on-air, digital and experiential platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and growing your own portfolio of direct and agency clients
  • Coaching and leading a small team (1–2 Account Managers), helping them smash targets and develop professionally
  • Delivering structured one-to-ones, performance feedback and sales coaching
  • Playing a key role in shaping and delivering our 12-month sales strategy
  • Pitching and closing sponsorship, branded content, and advertising deals
  • Building creative, insight-driven proposals that excite clients and deliver results
  • Providing exceptional account management and campaign reporting
  • Supporting recruitment as we expand the team
