Description

Red Rock Partnership is delighted to be working with a well-established business based in Lincoln who are currently on the lookout for a Senior Sales Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

To assist in the development and efficient operation of all sales processes and provide full administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deal directly with inbound phone calls and emails from customers remaining professional at all times.
· Produce necessary paperwork for quotes using the ERP computer system.
· Manage the receipt and processing of customer orders, ensuring they comply with requirements in terms of product, quantities, price, order number, delivery details, and invoicing.
· Produce necessary paperwork for despatch of orders and coordinate with relevant teams for seamless order fulfilment.
· Provide administrative support to the sales divisions, including maintaining quotations, records, and correspondence as required.
· Produce paperwork and labels for production to replenish stocks.
· Guide and support team members, serving as one of the go-to people during the Office Manager’s absence.
· Generate and analyse sales and stock reports to support decision-making processes and identify trends.
· Assist with preparation of schedules and stock sheets for twice-yearly stocktakes.
· Ensure filing is kept up to date.
· Assist with the collation and distribution of price lists.
· Issue reports – monthly and weekly sales summaries.
· Collaborate with finance, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing.
· Provide recommendations to management on process improvements and opportunities for growth.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, including Health & Safety requirements, and report any breaches to the Head of Operations.
· Perform other duties as required.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
