RESPONSIBILITES

As a Senior Sales Advisor

• To be one of our ear piercers and make an entertaining experience for our customers. (training will be given)
• To be one of our bracelet welders and make an entertaining experience for our customers. (training will be given)
• Answer queries, provide exemplary service, and adapt your approach depending on individuals’ personalities and needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by using effective selling skills
• Be a brand ambassador by maintaining a stylish and well-presented appearance.
• Operating the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
• Always being alert while on the shop floor and following company security policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.
• Opening and closing of the store with key holder responsibilities.
• Leading the team when necessary and setting an example for others to follow.

As a Fine Jeweller Specialist

• Manage the fine jewellery area of the store, including sales, orders, displays and pricing.
• Leading the training of other staff on fine jewellery.
• Research into and exhibit at Wedding Fairs.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent, Part Time, Senior Sales Advisor & Fine Jeweller Specialist to join our fun and exciting team.
This specific role is multi faceted. You will be switching between a sales role on the shop floor, ear piercing, bracelet welding and then managing our Wedding & Engagement Ring sales, orders and displays.
Training in fine jewellery and for all services (ear piercing & bracelet welding) will be given.

Location: Stamford, Lincs.
Type: Permanent - Part Time
Reports to: Store Manager
Salary: Above Real Living Wage + Commission on Fine Jewellery + Commission on Ear Piercing
Normal Working Hours:
4 or 5 days per week.
Minimum 25 hours per week.
Spread across Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and maybe Wednesdays
A Sunday may be needed instead of a Saturday occasionally. Christmas hours may vary and more hours may be required.
