We are currently seeking a multilingual Luxury Sales Advisor for our client’s boutique located in the heart of Zurich. In this role, you will act as a true ambassador of the brand, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and cultivating long-lasting relationships. With a strong understanding of luxury retail, you will guide clients through their journey, offering personalized service and expert product knowledge. Your Responsibilities Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the boutique’s commercial success. Delivering outstanding customer service, including proactive claim management and after-sales support. Accurately capturing and maintaining client data in the CRM system to enhance personalization and loyalty. Upholding boutique visual merchandising standards and supporting impactful product presentations. Ensuring compliance with cash handling, security, and loss prevention procedures. Conducting inventory checks and supporting accurate stock management. Developing expertise in a designated product category to serve as a trusted advisor for clients and colleagues. Supporting reporting activities to enable performance tracking and business insights. Maintaining the highest standards of boutique cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Job Requirements Several years of proven experience in luxury retail - Fashion & Accessories' background preferred A genuine passion for luxury goods and an understanding of the high-end client journey. Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding targets. Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills. Proactive, results-driven, and committed to excellence. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is highly desirable.
