THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in client service and strategic account development.
  • Extensive knowledge of GB Retail insurance markets and WTW products/services.
  • Professional qualifications (ACII or equivalent) preferred.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Senior Sales Advocate will actively drive new business development and strategically manage the growth of a portfolio of clients they have been integral in winning. New business development represents 70% of the focus. The role involves strategic client relationship management, business development, and placement management to optimize revenue and service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Development – Drive sales, build a pipeline of prospects, respond to RFPs, and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management – Understand client needs, provide risk management solutions, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Placement Management – Optimize revenue through effective market placement, ensure compliance, and design pricing strategies.
  • Operational & Service Delivery – Ensure high client service standards, manage pricing and profitability, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
