JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate sales and leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-value client relationships. The Senior Agent will also mentor junior agents, contribute to business growth, and ensure a high standard of service to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent (sales & leasing).
  • Strong portfolio of closed deals and proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, laws, and regulations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality.
  • Ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior agents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
