The Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our Sales team on a 12- months fixed-term basis. In this role, you will work closely with Keyton’s Sales Team to deliver high-quality reporting, track performance metrics, and conduct research into market trends and competitor positioning. You will use platforms such as Power-BI and Salesforce to gain data-driven insights for forecasting, reporting and strategic analysis.

  • Conduct regular analysis of the sales funnel to monitor trends and support performance tracking.
  • Deliver accurate, insightful reporting across key sales metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and visualisations that highlight performance drivers and emerging trends.
  • Facilitate the quarterly KPI setting, tracking, and review process.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports, including market insights and strategic commentary.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support strategy development and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to business planning and CMV reviews by identifying opportunities, gaps, and risks.

Your Background

  • Advanced Excel skills, with strong knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot
  • Proficient in Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analytics and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) or similar systems
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales funnel metrics, customer journey analysis and marketing insights
  • Familiarity with housing market dynamics, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
  • Strong financial literacy, including budgeting and topline forecasting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
