REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or market insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, market share.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively, translating data findings into actionable recommendations for a broad audience.
    Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), familiarity with ERP systems and experience in Medtech or pharma Industry would be desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives. Translate needs into analytics proposals that fit for usage within the region.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, and visualizations that provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting by performing regular data validation.
  • Use data visualization tools (Tableau as preference), to create intuitive dashboards.
  • Perform detailed analysis of sales performance across different regions, channels, and customer segments. Connect and translate data from different sources into clear, actionable insights that guide business strategies and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular ad hoc sales performance reports for senior leadership team.
  • Update Medtech market 3rd party data and track quarterly industry trends.
