Description:
Do you enjoy collecting, organizing, and interpreting sales data from various sources, such as CRM systems, market research and customer usage stats? Are you passionate about creating reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and achieving sales goals? If yes, we have the perfect job for you!
As our Senior Sales Analyst, you have the perfect combination of analytical, technical, and communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of sales operations, best practices, and trends. Your analytical skills are essential for collecting, manipulating, and interpreting large and complex data sets, and applying statistical and mathematical methods to draw conclusions and make predictions.
We are looking for highly passionate candidates who have relentless curiosity, a startup mentality, attention to detail, willingness to manage multiple priorities, and ability to deal with ambiguity effectively.
You will be a part of the Revenue Strategy and Operations department. Our department is all about ena-bling teams to work more efficiently and effectively by leveraging data, automation, and streamlined pro-cesses to optimize the entire revenue cycle.
For example, we primarily work with Sales and Customer Success teams, but the initiatives we run are highly impactful on the Marketing, Product, Finance, IT and People side so we keep a close partnership with those departments.
Ultimately, with better processes, tools and data, we want to increase seller’s selling time.
Responsibilities:
- Funnel Analytics: You will utilize the full capabilities of Salesforce’s automation and reporting hubs to support the sales team. This includes measurement, tracking, and analytics across the entire funnel.
- Data Insights: You will leverage your expertise in SFDC, SQL and BI tools to track and analyze key metrics such as pipeline growth and velocity, win/loss rates, activity measurement and quota attainment. You’ll own the data process from tracking to delivering insights, aiming to improve sales performance and revenue attainment and revenue growth.
- Customer Metrics: You will develop a deep understanding of CAC, LTV, TTR to refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and provide data-driven insights to enhance prospecting, renewal and upsell processes. You will also calculate EG’s share of wallet across a specific number of customers and assess customer usage stats to devise churn-prevention mechanisms and expansion/upsell triggers.
- Performance Stats: You will identify sales performance trends and make recommendations for business improvements based on results while also building and maintaining a set of SFDC dashboards for reps and managers to leverage in their day-to-day.
