JOB DESCRIPTION

As our (Senior) Sales Analyst, you will be the advanced analytics service-provider for the loyalty and customer engagement teams across Europe.
You will help us make data-driven decisions to optimize our loyalty program, enhance customer engagement, and ensure future growth of our customer base. Furthermore, you will support our central teams (Central Loyalty) by providing analytical insights and dashboard reports to improve operational and strategic decision-making.

Your tasks include:

  • Providing analysis by using SQL, Excel, etc., as well as conducting ad-hoc analysis to support loyalty initiatives.
  • Taking the lead on analytical topics related to loyalty and customer engagement, setting goals together with different business stakeholders.
  • Creating visualizations regarding insights on customer loyalty and presenting results to top management.
  • Driving various analytical projects in close alignment with the data science team and business stakeholders to identify key drivers of customer loyalty.
  • Digging deep into customer-specific datasets to uncover insights regarding customer behavior, loyalty program performance, and engagement trends.
  • Periodic presentation of your findings to all key stakeholders, along with actionable recommendations for enhancing the loyalty program.
  • Acting as the specialist of our loyalty program data, ensuring data integrity and comprehensive analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in (business) mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration with an analytical focus.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer loyalty, retention strategies, and relevant KPIs, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
  • Experience in data modeling with Python would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms is preferred.
