Shape and develop the regional sales strategy for subsea projects and services As the Senior Sales and Account Manager you will play a key role within the Baker Hughes SP&S Sales organisation. You'll be maximising opportunities for growth and creating solutions for clients in the medium to long term. You will impact the region strategy and be responsible for growing the SP&S orders and profitability across all product lines, targeting Energy companies on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. As a Senior Sales and Account Manager, you will also be responsible for: Supporting and shaping regional growth strategy that fits with business imperatives and subsea project & services capabilities, developing the tools and culture to execute successfully. Identifying opportunities for existing customer accounts as well as penetration of new accounts. Achieving goals and objectives to stretch commercial targets including orders, margin, cash & revenue. Providing Deal team leadership by following the SP&S sales & commercial processes through the formulation of proposal strategies from pursue no pursue to Bid strategy meeting decision and bid to execute. Identifying key customer stakeholders and effectively developing strong relationships at various levels within the customer account organisation. Leveraging cross-functional and cross-business resources within Baker Hughes to maximise market penetration. Navigating the organisation effectively to provide Bid and Tender support Develop and maintain a strong order and opportunity pipeline within our CRM system and provide regular updates as part of Baker Hughes Sales & operations planning and forecasting.
