Job Description Job Purpose ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, presents multiple, unique opportunities for a full-time Senior Hybrid Sales and Relationship Management position managing the Australian and New Zealand Banks across ICE Data Service’s full line of product suites. The position will be responsible for growing and maintaining revenue within these banks across all of ICE Data Services. This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who relishes being at the forefront of business activities and thrives on their own successes and those of the team. A strong communicator with a solid technical background and good knowledge of the market data and trading environment from a content, technology and networking perspective is required. We seek someone with polished sales, pipeline management, territory management and closing skills who is highly motivated with the ability to think on their feet, from both a business and technical perspective. Responsibilities Exceed annual sales quota Exceed annual revenue retention Manage list of clients and work closely with other members of the ICE Data Services team locally and globally to identify and close new opportunities along with maintaining current revenue Identify areas of growth outside existing ICE services with the banks in Australia Manage and develop strong client relationships across all areas of the bank Work closely with the others outside of sales to provide feedback on any client, prospect or partner requirements Daily CRM and pipeline management Knowledge and Experience 8+ years sales experience with a focus on financial markets (specifically market data) and ability to consistently exceed individual sales quota Knowledge of accounting, trading, compliance, risk and post trade portfolio valuation uses cases Strong presentation skills Competent CRM-Salesforce skills Proficient in pipeline management and forecasting Solid negotiation skills Solid track record of high close ratio Previous experience working within a data/software vendor, bank, exchange or trading firm

The primary responsibility is managing and growing revenue within Australian and New Zealand banks across the full suite of ICE Data Services products, while also identifying new growth areas outside existing services.
