We are looking for an engaging and responsible Senior Sales Assistant to lead the diverse team at our Milton Keynes store.
Our Senior Sales Assistants do everything our Sales Assistants & Keyholders do,you’ll continue in delivering a seamless and consistent customer experience,now fully acting as a role model and coach to the team. As a trusted member of the management team you can expect to play a more prominent & pivotal role in the team ensuring both the teams and business needs are always being met. We consider this role the first pivotal step in developing your people management and operational skills within retail.
This will be for 25 hours per week. Shifts will be varied across 7 days and we’ll also need you to be able to help out covering the management teams holidays at times.
