JOB OVERVIEW

Dress2party are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic and friendly team selling our gorgeous evening wear, bridesmaid and prom gowns .
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting the management team in achieving store objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
