JOB DESCRIPTION:

WHAT ARE YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE?

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role in the CPG or Toy industry preferred
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related area desirable
  • Retail Experience either at store level or retail planning experience an asset
  • Fluent in German (written and speaking)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read POS reports
  • Customer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally

Responsibilities
  • Stock control
  • To provide a supportive role and a communication link between Order Management, customers and Senior Key Account Manager.
  • To chase stock control for orders as required in line with forecasts/allocations
  • Meetings
  • Preparation for meetings – Agendas, sales data, stock levels, presentations as required
  • Internal – Sales Marketing and Stock Meetings
  • External – Customer meetings as required to take minutes and to provide an action plan for both parties
  • To follow up action points to ensure achievement and closure following the meeting
  • Forecasting
  • Assisting as required with forecasting
  • Analysing sales out data to assist with planned intakes
  • Chasing orders in line with demand forecasts
  • Selections
  • Produce listing sheets, collecting dimensions, images and data as required.
  • Requesting Price/Discount set ups as required
  • Send article text and image data to the customers as requested
  • Samples
  • Work in conjunction with marketing to get mock-ups, images and samples to customers
  • Reports
  • Sales Marketing
  • General Sales Requests
  • Listings and Promotion Overviews
  • SalesForce
  • To act as a point of contact for the sales team in their absence
  • To undertake any ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time by the Directors
  • To undertake any of the above tasks in an appropriately professional and timely manner at all time
