What the day will look like Acquired new business and handle marketing activities to drive sales, responds to sales opportunities identified. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue; customer relationship management; problem solving; compliance; handle customer and prospect presentations; attend to assigned Aon Group tasks and responsibilities. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES The selling of: Group insurance products for life, accident, disability and health to the corporate customer Other lines for property and casualty to the corporate customer, in collaboration with other Aon Group segments Individual life products to the corporate customer’s employees, be those savings plans, annuities, mutual funds, or supplemental life for employees’ families Other individual lines such as auto and domestic, in collaboration with other Aon Group segments Non-insurance products, such as cards and personal loans Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor Degree or higher in Insurance or Marketing Minimum 1 year group insurance industry experience in Sales role Good interpersonal, excellent communications and presentation skills Service-minded and able to handle internal/external complaints Self-learner, self-starter, able to work under pressure 4.
