POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives on connecting with people and delivering results. This role is perfect for someone with high energy, excellent communication skills, and natural charisma who also embraces the physical side of paint and tools industry.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who listens, engages, and builds strong customer relationships — with the ultimate goal of driving sales and ensuring every customer leaves with the right product and a positive impression.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling Benjamin Moore paints and related strong branded tools.
✅ Use strong listening skills to understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
✅ Assist contractors, designers, and homeowners in making confident product choices.
✅ Contribute to sales growth by upselling, cross-selling, and building repeat business.
✅ Assist with daily store operations: tinting paint and fulfilling orders, stocking shelves & daily inventory, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean and welcoming.
✅ Participate in order deliveries and physical tasks to support store flow.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (retail, showroom, or related).
✔ Outstanding people skills — charisma, empathy, and strong verbal communication.
✔ Ability to perform physical work (lifting, stocking, moving product).
✔ Attention to details and keen eye for colors.
✔ Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English to serve our diverse customer base.
✔ Experience with paints, design, or the contracting industry is an asset and comfortable with handling tools and product related to paint and tools industry.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 30 - 35 hours per week

EXPERIENCE:

• Sales or customer service: 1 year (preferred)
