The role The Senior Sales Associate plays a hands-on leadership role in the store, acting as a highly skilled Sales Associate who consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences, masters the full Selling Ceremony from greeting to closure, and supports seamless daily operations. In this capacity, they coach and mentor their peers, helping to elevate team performance and maintain high standards in customer engagement.
