Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: As a Senior Sales Associate at EssilorLuxottica Chalhoub, you will deliver exceptional sales results by assisting customers in selecting products suited to their lifestyle while supporting the Store Manager in driving team performance and store operations. You will perform key store functions including opening and closing, merchandising, and selling, while acting as a role model for the team. As an EssilorLuxottica Chalhoub ambassador, you will bring to life the brand values and ensure a high standard of customer experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for strengthening brand exposure at the point of sale, demonstrating brand standards, and continuously improving product knowledge and sales techniques. The role involves achieving individual targets while contributing to overall store targets and KPIs. Support the Store Manager in executing store action plans, driving team motivation, and ensuring smooth daily operations across the store. Provide on-floor guidance to team members and ensure proper coverage during peak hours. Build strong customer relationships, maintain a customer-centric approach, and leverage CRM opportunities to drive sales. Handle customer concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, including loss prevention, safety, and operational procedures. Support visual merchandising, stock management, and monitor sales performance. Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring Sales Associates while promoting a positive and collaborative team culture. Step in for the Store Manager when required.
