MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for the daily store operations. * Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image * Calls on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationships * Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.  * Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs * Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management  * Provides guidance and training to junior sales associates or newcomers.  * Assists in identifying and handling client enquiries, concerns, and complaints. Takes charge of selected VIP clients.   * Keeps records and reports on sales activities * Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES: * At least 5 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry, or in a similar capacity * Passionate in the retail industry with good selling skills * Likes fashion and appreciates quality products * Fluent in English.
