Description
GV-Miami Design District Responsibilities include: Responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service. Provide direct support to the Store Management by assisting with maintaining daily operations and operating procedures, as well as shipping/receiving and use. Responsible for opening and closing procedures. Initiate and build relationships and core personal business through creative selling and use of a client book. Following through on all steps of the Retail Excellence program. Exceed monthly sales goals on a consistent basis, establish weekly sales plan and selling strategies. Assist in maintaining the visual and general maintenance of the selling floor. Handle customer's repairs from start to finish. Advise clients about the best fit of pieces according to their needs. Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor. Complete other projects that are assigned by the General Manager and Associate Manager of the boutique. Qualifications include: Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment - previous luxury experience preferred. Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, as well as retail Point of Sale systems. Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment.
