Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers by sharing detailed product knowledge, including features and craftsmanship on brand items to support informed purchasing decisions and create a meaningful shopping experience.
Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of all stocked product brands, including seasonal trends and promotional campaigns and offers, ensuring the ability to offer expert advice and demonstrations.
Personalised Service: Build relationships with customers through offering personalised styling advice and fitting support to suit their individual preferences and lifestyle. Suggest complementary items to enhance their wardrobe while meeting personal sales goals.
Customer Support: Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly. Process purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently, collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless end-to-end shopping experience.
Client Loyalty: Keep track of customer preferences for future visits, ensuring personalised follow-up interactions that strengthen store loyalty and enhance the shopping experience
Visual Merchandising: Support the implementation of in store visual merchandising standards by ensuring displays are elegant, company and brand-aligned to reflect key product stories and seasonal collections; assist with styling mannequins, maintaining clean and organised display areas, and executing visual changes under guidance.
Additional Responsibilities: Manage any other reasonable tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and business performance.
