We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach within the interior fit-out and joinery industry.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to build lasting relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships across the joinery and fit-out industry. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market and experience in the interior fit-out or joinery sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, architects, designers, and contractors to promote our joinery and fit-out services.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities within the interior fit-out industry.
  • Client Visits: Organize office/factory visits for prospective clients to showcase our capabilities and the quality of our work.
  • Proposals and Presentations: Develop customized proposals and presentations to meet client requirements, showcasing our products and services.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
