Your profile You have strong sales experience in SaaS You have 5+ years of experience in Sales You are proficient in English (C1 level) and Italian (C2 level). Your tasks and responsibilities Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying, developing, and converting high-value business opportunities across existing and new customer segments. Develop and execute growth strategies that increase market share, customer value, and long-term profitability. Build a strong revenue pipeline by continuously analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Develop and implement the international market strategy from defining and establishing strategical partnerships to developing the product together with our product department Manage the full sales process for tenders and direct awards from acquisition to contract closure Advise customers on mobility analysis, on-demand transport (demand responsive transport DRT) and autonomous mobility by striving to understand the needs of people, cities and bus operators Cooperate closely with all internal departments (product development, marketing, key account management, etc.) Represent ioki at trade fairs, conferences and customer meetings through presentations, speeches, and panel discussions
