SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with retail, foodservice, institutional, and government clients.
• Prospect and secure new accounts to expand our client base across Manitoba.
• Lead strategic sales initiatives and participate in complex negotiations.
• Provide ongoing support to clients with a solution-oriented approach.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses.
• Represent Fluey Trading with professionalism and integrity at all times.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and procure high-quality produce from local and international suppliers.
• Build and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, seasonal availability, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Track purchase orders, manage supplier records, and ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate new products and suppliers to expand Fluey Trading’s offerings.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier evaluations.
