JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving event sales, building client relationships, and ensuring flawless event execution. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong sales acumen, attention to detail, and a love for hospitality and events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or a related field
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and booking systems is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Flexible schedule and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event clients, from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote event space and generate leads
  • Prepare and present detailed event proposals and contracts
  • Conduct site tours with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, Banquets, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure seamless event planning and execution
  • Track and report on event sales performance and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Stay current on industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive edge
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Assist in planning and attending sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
