Your responsibilities will include: Support compensation system enhancements through UAT testing and continuous feedback loops Develop and document long-term process solutions, and train stakeholders on updated workflows Build strong collaborative relationships with Compensation Strategy, Sales Systems & Reporting, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency in compensation processes and analysis Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, or Sales Operations Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with Tableau or other data analysis tools Highly organized with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail Strong analytical ability to work with large datasets and generate insights to drive decisions Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple and shifting priorities Ability to travel up to 5% of the time Experience with Anaplan or other compensation software
