DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set out to make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory
  • Build strong professional relationships and establish trust and rapport with potential and current customers
  • Identify and cultivate professional contact with key decision makers at these businesses and schedule appointments to present our supplemental benefits programs to their employees and associates
  • Report daily sales stats at the end of each day
  • Create your own work schedule and goals with consistency
  • Collaborate with team leader on a weekly basis
  • Actively network in your territory to accumulate new leads and referrals
  • Actively Re-service your existing client accounts on a regular basis
