Jo Purpose To generate tyre revenue through external channels (dealers, fleet companies, transport companies, and fitment centres) and to improve market share by maintaining effective customer relationships with controlled risk management, contributing to profitable revenue and gross profit growth. To lead and motivate the tyres team to achieve individual targets and ensure the achievement of overall tyre division targets and KPIs. Job Responsibilities Daily follow-up with existing customers for sales prospects and direct handling of major customer accounts. Achieve budgeted revenue and gross profit. Identify and onboard new dealer/fleet customers in line with company policy. Monitor competitors’ pricing and activities and share findings with the Line Manager. Identify potential customers and introduce suitable products. Conduct price negotiations with customers and close deals. Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to ensure customer demands are fulfilled on time. Follow up on payments to ensure timely collections. Maintain up-to-date information on products and competitors’ activities. Prepare market intelligence reports with countermeasures and submit them to the Line Manager. Ensure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Prepare, finalise, and align marketing strategies with management and the marketing department. Regularly analyse sales trends and prepare recovery action plans accordingly. Educational Qualification Diploma or Graduate Work Experience 8–10 years’ experience with a proven record in selling tyres and automotive allied products in the UAE. Thorough knowledge of the UAE tyre market and customers across all segments. Ability to consistently deliver results to achieve agreed targets. Ability to execute management directives and meet organisational requirements. Effective communication skills to motivate and guide the team in a challenging work environment. Competencies A valid UAE driving license. Technical knowledge of tyres (an added advantage). Languages English
