Junior Sales Consultant
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Junior Sales Consultant to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new clients, closing high-value deals, and supporting the company’s growth in Dubai’s dynamic property market.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, confident in negotiations, and committed to achieving outstanding results.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in real estate sales in Dubai
• Strong understanding of the local property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven with a self-motivated and results-focused mindset
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software
• Confident, professional, and able to work independently and in a team
• Own car and valid UAE driving license preferred

• Identify and acquire new clients for property sales
• Provide expert advice to clients on buying and selling properties
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, projects, and market trends
• Conduct regular visits to developers’ offices to stay informed on new launches and offers
• Attend client meetings, property tours, and presentations
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
• Negotiate offers to maximize value for clients and the company
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Record all client interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
• Work closely with the sales, leasing, and marketing teams to support business growth
