Job Description You will be responsible for developing and expanding our client portfolio of E-commerce and In-store solutions, including E-comm Market Data, Digital Shelf, Digital Purchase, and In-store Measurement. The role focuses on both maintaining existing client relationships and actively growing our client base. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead client onboarding for In-store and E-commerce solutions, including contract negotiation, education, presentations, and business case development. Establish and maintain regular communication with key client stakeholders (marketing, sales, research, and senior management). Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Collaborate closely with global and local teams (E-comm, In-store, Sales, Customer Service, Analytics) to share best practices and drive commercial success. Own and deliver on defined commercial goals and performance targets. Provide analytical support by interpreting data and recommending optimizations in sales, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution. QUALIFICATIONS 2–4 years of experience as a Sales manager, Key Account Manager, Trade marketing or in another similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector. Experience with sales and In-store and E-commerce solutions - particularly from the perspective of FMCG manufacturers or retailers - is a strong advantage. Excellent business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication abilities. Self-driven, reliable, resilient, and quick to adapt. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Fluency in Czech/Slovak and professional working proficiency in English (B2 level) to ensure effective client communication and collaboration with international teams. Solid analytical skills - while analysis is not the core focus, confidence in working with data is essential. WE OFFER The opportunity to work with industry leaders.
