Senior Sales Consultant (Part-Time) - IT Consulting inventYOU is a growing IT consulting firm based in Stockholm. We support Nordic organizations by combining local consulting presence in Sweden with nearshore engineering teams in Greece, enabling companies to scale their IT delivery in a flexible and cost-efficient way. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to help expand our client base in Sweden. This role is ideal for someone with an established network in the Swedish technology or consulting ecosystem who is interested in working in a flexible, part-time setup with strong performance upside. Role The focus of the role is to generate new consulting opportunities and build long-term client relationships. Typical activities include: Identifying and approaching potential clients within Swedish companies Building relationships with decision makers such as CTOs, IT managers, and procurement leaders Presenting inventYOU’s consulting and nearshoring model Generating meetings and developing new business opportunities Maintaining relationships with brokers and consulting platforms We believe the right candidate will have: Experience selling IT consulting services or technology solutions A strong professional network within Swedish companies or the consulting market The ability to engage senior stakeholders and create business opportunities Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English A self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset Engagement Part-time role (approximately 30–50%) Flexible collaboration model Fixed monthly compensation plus performance-based bonus tied to new placements About inventYOU inventYOU works with clients across telecom, mobility platforms, and European public sector organizations. Our delivery model combines consulting expertise in Sweden with engineering teams based in Athens and Thessaloniki, allowing customers to scale their IT capabilities while remaining fully within the EU.
