I am recruiting for a fantastic fitness job in Reading. This is a superb Sales opportunity for a high end Golf & Health club. This is a fitness job not to be missed. We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who will lead from the front and by example. Someone who will relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual and team target. Prior experience sales in the health & fitness would be beneficial.
Collaborating closely with the General Manager you will be responsible for health & fitness membership sales within the club. You will have experience within a comparable sales environment and role, possess a sound knowledge and understanding of sales processes.
This role is all about hitting targets, making the most of your relationship building skills, to help you grow a pipe line of new prospects, to increase sales revenue and new member count. We are in the people business, so a personable and approachable nature is critical, our service and sales team need to aspire to the standards that you set and maintain, you must enjoy being hands on and leading from the front. To succeed in the role, you will need to be effective communicator, sales driven with a strong customer service orientation

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and experience in working in a sales or customer-driven environment. You’ll have a drive for success, a passion for excellent service and want to work in a stimulating, fast-paced and results-driven organisation. Knowledge of golf would be desirable.

• Our sales managers are accountable for the sales targets set each month, leading from the front and selling memberships is vital to your ways of working and success within the role
• Identify opportunities in the local community to help drive new enquiries
