• Fluent Russian and English (verbal & written) — essential
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury retail sales (lingerie, swimwear, or fashion preferred)
• Strong clienteling skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to Russian- and English-speaking clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and returning clients
• Achieve and exceed personal and boutique sales targets
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Luna’s brands, collections, and seasonal trends
• Support the team in visual merchandising and maintaining boutique standards
• Handle sales transactions and client follow-ups professionally
