Under minimal supervision, the Senior Sales Content Designer transforms instructional content into visually engaging learning materials, including PDF’s, videos, slide decks, and other digital assets. This role utilizes visual design tools, to simplify complex information and transform it into visually compelling and easy to understand learning media. This position supports the development of sales training programs and contributes to a variety of high impact projects including executive presentations and sales enablement materials.
This position can be worked remotely within the United States.

• Collaborates closely with instructional developers to design and produce polished course materials including slide decks (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides), printable PDFs and job aid documents, and developing short-form videos and animations, all while expertly utilizing leading design and multimedia software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Effectively compiles complex ideas and content from the learning instructor, transforming them into visually appealing learning modules that create meaningful learning experiences for the Sales organization.
• Designs clear and engaging visuals of intricate ideas and themes to ensure understanding at all levels, driving measurable understanding and skill application.
• Manages and uploads all content within the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and optimal user experience.
• Supports the creation of visual assets for sales presentations, including those used by senior leadership and field sales teams, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all training and communication materials.
• Efficiently manages multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
