Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Liverpool and Wirral
Employment Type: Full-Time, Immediate Start
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: 35k - 40k basic plus commission 65k OTE
Benefits: 24 Holidays per year and Pension Enrolment

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all of the warm leads given to KMC by its estate agency partners.
You will be expected to discuss the clients sales or purchase requirements and ensure that an accurate quote is generated via our online portal and sell the services of KMC legal to potential clients. A minimum 50% conversion rate is required.
The successful candidate will be based between Liverpool and Wirral
The candidate will have the opportunity for career progression due to the imminent expansion plans.
