Description

I. Job Summary
Sales Coordinator Team is a specialized department that provides support to our Account Executives whose customer needs are mostly for permanent waste and recycle services in the PNW (Washington, Oregon, BC, Idaho), Like a customer service center, but for a specific audience only, and a premier service of WM. Sales Coordinators are very much a customer and rep oriented small team that works closely with each other to complete all requests. Sales Coordinators serve as a point of contact for our Account Executives by handling emails while also working closely with our internal partners such as operations, dispatch, billing, and leadership to complete all tasks with a large focus on billing.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates Sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments.
  • Performs advanced clerical and statistical reporting for Sales on a daily basis. Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking, and monitors rankings on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes.
  • Audits monthly commission and expense reports to clarify and direct uniform sales policies and procedures. Provides information to Sales Managers on a daily basis.
  • Reviews system changes and preparation of mail campaigns and endorsement agreements for National Account Programs.
  • Monitors Sales Manager salaries and commissions providing statistical information for structural review.
  • Designs forms and supervises layout and desktop publishing.
  • May provide direction and support to less experienced Sales Coordinators.

III. Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 4 years of previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).

The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $50,380 - $59,290. This range represents a good faith estimate fort his position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
