Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via HR@curalinc.com.  Primary Responsibilities * Hire, Train, and Develop a Team of World-Class SDRs, Providing Hands-On Coaching, Call Reviews, and Real-Time Feedback to Improve Prospecting Techniques and Objection Handling * Own the Team’s Pipeline Generation Targets, Ensuring SDRs Effectively Source New Qualified Business Opportunities Across Fortune 500 and Key Employer Accounts * Design and Continuously Refine Outbound, Building Messaging, Sequences, and Tactics to Support Segmentation, Targeting, Messaging, and Channel Strategy * Track and Analyze Key Outreach and Performance Metrics (Response Rates, Conversion, and Pipeline Velocity), Providing Accurate Forecasting and Reporting to Executive Leadership * Partner Closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to Refine Go-To-Market Strategies, Ensure Seamless Lead Handoff, and Build Effective Outbound Messaging and Playbooks * Define the Long-Term Vision for the Sales Development Organization, Including Capacity Planning, Career Paths, and Future Expansion Strategy Required/Minimum Qualifications * 5+ Years of Experience in Sales or Business Development, with at Least 2+ Years in a Leadership Role Overseeing SDR or BDR Teams * Proven Track Record of Owning Outbound Strategy and Driving Significant Pipeline Contribution in a High-Growth B2B Environment * Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills, with the “Copywriting Mindset” and Willingness to Help SDRs Craft Personalized, High-Impact Outreach * Strong Analytical and Operational Rigor, with Experience Managing Productivity Metrics, Conversion Rates and Pipeline Generation * Deep Familiarity with SaaS Tools (HubSpot, CRMs, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator) and Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Experience Leveraging AI and Automation Tools to Improve Rep Efficiency and Outbound Performance * High Manager Effectiveness, Demonstrated Through Team Attainment and Internal Progression of Tenured SDRs * Bonus: Experience in Healthcare, Employee Benefits, or the EAP Space; Familiarity with Enterprise Sales Cycles and Complex Buying Committees Preferred This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
