SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Proven success as an SDR / BDR in a SaaS or fintech environment, consistently beating targets
  • Skilled in outbound prospecting and engaging senior decision-makers
  • Strong discovery and qualification ability — you ask the right questions and spot opportunities others miss
  • Persuasive, confident, and resilient in a target-driven environment
  • Confident using a variety of sales and productivity tools (Hubspot, Sales Navigator) and able to introduce new ones that improve how we operate

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a full-time, permanent Senior SDR at 11:FS Pulse. Your mission will be to drive growth by generating high-quality, sales-qualified opportunities across both new and existing clients. You’ll focus on outbound prospecting into target accounts while also collaborating with our Account Management team to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our customer base.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in SaaS/fintech sales development, who is hungry to take on a bigger challenge and play a critical role in shaping how we grow both new business and customer expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fuel pipeline growth by owning outbound prospecting into priority target accounts worldwide
  • Uncover expansion opportunities by partnering with Account Management to identify upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers
  • Engage senior decision-makers with tailored outreach sequences and messaging that cut through the noise
  • Create momentum for the sales cycle by booking high-quality demos that set the New Business team up for success
  • Qualify ruthlessly — confidently disqualify poor-fit leads while redirecting them to better-suited 11:FS solutions where relevant.
  • Shape how we scale by contributing ideas, feedback, and process improvements that make the revenue team more effective.
